Limited, Victoria's Secret) launched a program to bring
all store maintenance services into a new system. Using
automated check-in and other data, they can now evaluate
the performance of every service provider who sets foot
in any of their over 3500 stores nationwide. Every trade
is included - General Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing,
and HVAC - as well as registers, cleaning, security, all
of them (over 100 companies). We are graded on response
time, system usage, call resolution time, average
invoice amount, and other factors. Since the program
began, one provider has been named #1 General
Maintenance Contractor, as well as #1 Overall every
single year. The Store Care Specialists are proud to be
that company, and we work hard to improve wherever we
can.
